Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 15, 2026

Remoot is operated by Creatorium. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

1. Data We Collect

We collect account information such as email and profile identifiers, device metadata needed for secure pairing, extension telemetry required for service reliability, and user-generated approval actions. We do not intentionally collect full source code content unless you explicitly request a file preview operation.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to deliver core features, secure remote sessions, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and provide customer support. Aggregated analytics may be used for product improvement.

3. Security

Remoot uses encrypted transport and security controls designed to protect account and session data. No method of transmission is fully secure, but we continuously improve safeguards.

4. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data.

5. Third-Party Services

We may rely on infrastructure and analytics providers. These providers process data under contractual and legal safeguards.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to specific processing activities.

7. Contact
