These Terms govern your use of Remoot, operated by Creatorium. By using Remoot, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Service
You may use Remoot only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for actions performed through your account and connected devices.
2. Account and Security
You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Remoot to perform unlawful access, malware activity, service abuse, or actions that violate third-party rights.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown in-app. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
Remoot, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Creatorium and protected by applicable laws.
6. Service Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change or be discontinued over time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Creatorium is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
